Delete your account

From the app (immediate)

Open the Carreras Panamá app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.

Without the app

Write to us from your account's email at administracion@carreraspanama.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within a maximum of 10 business days and confirm it by email.

What is deleted

Your profile, activities, routes, photos, statistics, medals, achievements and Prestige points, AI Training plan and AI coach pain reports and reviews, training attendance, organizations and groups, redeemed promotions, registration details, notices, and the codes and invitations linked to your email. This cannot be undone.

Medal scans remain only as anonymous statistics, without your account. Technical server logs and backups are deleted within up to 90 days. What is stored only on your phone (such as Face ID or fingerprint and your settings) is deleted when you uninstall the app. Registrations and results on carreraspanama.com are managed on that website.
